Catering is core to our business, something we’re well-versed and expert in. Over time, our work for the catering sector has evolved, so that today’s projects, almost all of them bespoke, blend two very different needs. One of them is for the cutting-edge means of preparing, storing and displaying fresh produce in kiosks and kitchens that are practical and appealing. The other is in designing and creating spaces that enhance brand recognition and experience in restaurants and bakeries, something we do for clients such as SSP, whose brands include Upper Crust, Café Ritazza, Pasty Shop, James Martin and Paul Hollywood.

Case study

SSP

SSP is the multinational British business behind familiar brands such as Upper Crust, Café Ritazza and new to the market James Martin and Paul Hollywood outlets. Each project for them involves a large element of bespoke development, making clever use of space, inventive use of materials and every opportunity to deliver an outstanding, branded experience.
